USPHS-Policy is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official channel of HHS or the U.S. Public Health Service. Answers are generated by a language model from retrieved policy text and may be incomplete or out of date. Always confirm against the cited source document before relying on an answer for an official decision.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.

Subscriptions and trials

• Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues through the period you have paid for.
• Complimentary access granted to active-duty Officers may be reviewed or withdrawn if eligibility changes.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to:

• scrape, resell, or redistribute the indexed material as a competing dataset;
• attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, or row-level security;
• upload unlawful content or infringe the rights of others.

Bring your own model

If you connect your own provider key, you are bound by that provider’s terms and responsible for the usage and cost incurred on your account.

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on generated answers.
